For our part, it involves taking every possible measure to complete the conveyancing process quickly for you but without sacrificing the professional service you would expect to receive from a high street practice.

We will keep you in close touch with progress, updating you at relevant stages of your conveyancing transaction, and at least every week. You will have a direct dial telephone number for the fee earner dealing with your transaction so that you can contact them directly with any queries you may have. Other than in the case of holiday and sickness absences, your matter will be handled by one fee earner from start to finish and you can be confident that they will use their experience and expertise to ensure that your transaction is completed as swiftly and efficiently as possible, ensuring that your interests are protected at all times.

Our charges are always competitive. We pride ourselves in offering a “no hidden fee structure”. Therefore, when you are advised at the outset of the transaction of the costs involved, those are the costs you will pay. In most instances we will be able to agree a fixed fee which we will quote to you exclusive of vat and disbursements.

Any additional costs will be scheduled to you in a comprehensive list so that you can see from the outset all the costs you will be paying down to the final penny.

Only in exceptional circumstances will we make additional charges, at which time you will always be notified well in advance. We do not charge for completion of Stamp Duty Forms, or repaying any existing mortgages. These matters are part of a general conveyancing transaction and are included in our fixed fee. The price we quote is the price you will pay.

Some firms may offer you low fee conveyancing services but please be aware of the hidden extras involved. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is certainly true in conveyancing. MTA offers an honest competitive fee structure which ensures that you get value for money, but without jeopardising the level of service you receive.
